Unclaimed Orders Policy

To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our floral arrangements, we kindly ask that all pick-up orders be collected within the scheduled time frame.

Unclaimed Orders: If an order is not picked up within the designated time, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you and the order remains unclaimed the flowers will be considered forfeited with no refund or replacement, as fresh flowers are perishable.

Rescheduling: If you anticipate a delay, please contact us at least two hours before your scheduled pick-up to discuss possible rescheduling options. We will do our best to accommodate, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

We offer convenient delivery and pick-up options to ensure your floral arrangements arrive fresh and beautiful.

Delivery: Available throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas. A delivery fee applies based on location. Please provide accurate recipient details to ensure a smooth delivery experience. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will follow the instructions provided at checkout or leave them in a safe, shaded area.

Pick-Up: Available at our studio by appointment only. Please schedule your pick-up in advance to ensure your order is ready upon arrival.

Designer’s Choice Arrangements

With our Designer’s Choice arrangements, colors may vary based on availability, we guarantee a beautifully designed arrangement that aligns with your preferred style and occasion. Arrangements will vary.

If you have any special requests (e.g., color palette, flower preferences, or floral sensitivities), please note them at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Workshop Photo Notice

By purchasing a class, you are giving permission to take and use photographs and/or video of me (or my child, if under 18) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, and other marketing efforts.

These images may be used publicly and may appear in various media formats. You give this consent freely and understand you will not receive payment or compensation for the use of these images.
